Automatic Rounds decides whether the board can reset on its own.

On — every table goes back to zero each Round Length, on the clock, without anybody touching a control. A fresh race every hour with no work from the booth. The catch is that it happens whether or not the room is ready: a table sitting on $40,000 at 1:59 is on $0 at 2:00, and nothing announces it.

Off — nothing resets unless the MC starts a round in Round Control. Between rounds the board keeps a running total for the whole night (6am to 6am), and the countdown hides, because there is no round to count down to. Use this when someone is working the mic, and for anything you are showing a client.

Either way a round the booth starts takes over immediately, runs its own clock, and when it ends the running total picks up from there.

Show Countdown is display only. Rounds still run, still reset, and the booth can still start and extend them — the room simply is not shown a clock. Some VJs want the pressure of a countdown; some would rather the board read as pure standings and let the music do that job. With it off, the final-minute takeover stops firing too. Round Control in this tab always shows you the clock, whatever the room sees.

When a table that has joined submits an order, the wall stops the leaderboard and announces it — the table’s name, the bottles, and the count. A table that has not joined never appears, whatever this is set to.

Every order is the most alive the wall ever looks, and on a slow night it is the right answer. On a Saturday it means the leaderboard — the thing that makes it a game — is rarely on screen, and a $200 round of mixers gets the same treatment as a $30,000 tower. Over a threshold keeps the big moments big; everything under it still scores, it just does not seize the screen.

Dollar figures appear on a drop only if Show Spend Amounts is on. If an order is voided while its takeover is still up, the wall pulls it and says nothing.

Turns the iPad menu header into a live table-vs-table leaderboard. Tables opt in themselves — nobody is ranked without tapping Join — and the board shows rank only, never anyone’s spend. Any tab marked Private Table on the iPad is excluded entirely: it cannot join, is never ranked, and never appears on another table’s board.

Scoring resets every round rather than running on the night’s total, so the biggest table doesn’t win by 11:30 and everyone else stop looking. 60 minutes is the default. Off for every venue until you turn it on.

Show Spend Amounts puts real dollar figures on the board. Some rooms want it — a guest who spends $88,000 in an hour often wants the room to know — and some rooms would find it vulgar. You will know which yours is within two nights. Only the top three ever show a figure, whatever this is set to: a number beside fifth place stops being a flex and becomes a comparison the table loses, and a table that feels small stops ordering. Off by default.

Each person gets one floor device — a venue iPad — and one personal phone. Signing in on a second iPad asks “you’re signed in on iPad 3, switch to this one?” and the old one signs out. That is deliberate: a dead battery at 1am must never be the reason a table waits, so the newer login always wins and nobody has to find a manager.

Her personal phone registers once and stays. She can’t move it herself, which is what stops a login being lent out. Upgrading her phone carries the registration across automatically.

Off by default. With this off, devices are still recorded and shown on the Staff page — nothing is ever refused. Turn it on once you’ve watched a shift and you’re happy with what the Staff page shows.

Past the red threshold the order card flags; past the ping threshold, managers with alerts on get a push. Set pings to 0 to disable.

Changing your password signs you out on every other device.
